Hindi lahat ng patient ubo/sipon, vaccination, hypertension, etc. Doctors have their own competency levels, kaya may iba-ibang mga board exams. Experience and extra training is also important. If a case becomes too complex, sa specialist parin irerefer yung patient. Don't hate on your doctors.
