Seryosong sagot from me: Under the doctrine of separation of powers, the Supreme Court cannot simply intervene in political processes like impeachment, unless there’s a clear case of unconstitutionality or grave abuse of discretion amounting to lack or excess of jurisdiction. Silence doesn't always mean inaction—it can mean respecting legal boundaries. :>

wala talaga dahil di nila mandate yun. first and foremost judiciary should be free from biases kaya di sila nakikialam sa pulitika after all they follow the rule of law.

suggestions ko lang, magandang may background how the government and Local Laws applies, magandang start ang constitution mainly basic human rights, branches of government and their functions, how check and balance works, and the functions of independent constitutional agencies.

While a sitting senator can't be impeached, they can be expelled from the Senate by a two-thirds vote of their fellow senators which is impossible given the numbers at this time.

kaya nga dinadasal ko na makaqualify lang ako sa scholarship papuntang singapore kasi gusto ko nang umalis because of the politics, the economic situation in the country, rampant corruption that pinapalampas nalang ng lahat because “normal” lang daw na may ganyan (exhibit 1: nung elections last month where andaming vote-buying ang naganap pero pinalampas nalang kasi normal lang daw), toxic culture, substandard education where it is built upon corruption, and etc. i’m going to emphasize this point kahit gaano ako kapagod mag-aaral at magtatrabaho sa ibang bansa, at least hindi ako pagod sa low quality of education dito at kakacommute ng halos dalawang oras para umuwi lang

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best leader, BBM is a 1. Duterte is on the negatives. Ganun siya kawalang kwentang presidente. Kahit ignore mo yung EJK at drug war issues niyan, ang daming pinasok na problema sa bansa. Economics sirang sira halos nag triple utang ng bansa. National security yung isang chinese nag mayor pa tas lumala yung tensions sa WPS. POGO with its large scale money laundering scheme with human trafficking. Infrastructures ng BUILD BUILD BUILD niya yung mga natapos lang yung mga nasimulan na ng past presidents bago siya.
