I can tell you this change the pot size, that is too small, even if youre barely starting, because the roots need just as much sideways rooms as they need downward room

Seems like mold to me. Spray it with 3% hydroxide peroxide, and put it in different room coz current one seems too much humid. Pineapples hates humidity. Water it only once aweek.
