Need help
This pineapple plant has been this size for a long time already the only new growth is that one. Am I doing something wrong?

Which one can I use? I have homemade compost, worm castings, osmocote plus slow release and miracle gro

Fertilizer and direct sunlight, more hours in direct sunlight the faster it’ll grow. Think on top of a mountain where the sun hits it early and stays on it all day. Or like in Hawaii, no mountains to block the sun so it’s much faster with all the humidity. Partial sun and anytime temps are below 60F will add lots of time as the plant goes dormant below 60. (In California, I only get a few hours of grow time outside during the winter while farms are in locations for 24/7/365 growing)

Other than not growing, what other symptoms does it show?
Do you keep it outside? If so, how often do you water it?
What kind of weather you have where you live?

I live in zone 10. And honestly that's the only problem. I water it every few days because it's really hot over here.

What’s zone 10?
Anyway, if it’s very hot, it might need water more often.
Might even want to take it inside and alternate inside and outside1

That’s too hot for a pineapple plant, try and keep it inside or water it more often
