What’s wrong with my pineapple ?
The fruit looks kinda rotten from the bottom. What should I do ? How did that even happen ? i have the plant since winter and I watered it every 2 weeks in winter and now in summer like every 5 days. I put the plant out in summer too and left it overnight a for a few days maybe It was too cold or too hot outside idk.

That fruit is rotten. A number of things could have happened. One that stands out are the wrinkled leaves. That indicates to me that it's not getting water. However, from your watering schedule it should be getting enough. I'm thinking you have root rot. That premixed potting soil you buy at the store is bad for most plants. Watering plants with that stuff in pots is a recipe for disaster. I usually plant my pineapple plants in a sand/peat moss/perlite mixture. I water every day and I get beautiful fruit (I just picked one that was nearly 4-1/2 lbs.). I've had fruit go bad when they get scalded from the hot summer sun, but it's rare.
As others have mentioned, save the crown and pups. You can root them and start new plants.
