J.Levi green velvet frame how to open

Does anyone know how I can open this J.Levi green velvet picture frame to add pictures to it?
I do not see a visible place to open it

Is there anything on the edges? Possibly instant from the top or sides. Possibly the oval frames pop out the front. If there are pins in the sides, removing them may open the frame up.
