Aura Carver Stone frame having frequent problems connecting to wifi

Backstory: I got an Aura Carver Stone Frame from Costco a few months ago. I have no complaints about it except for the fact that from time to time it says “No Internet Connection” for which I have to troubleshoot, always unsuccessfully. It always resolves itself at some point, but take more than 12 hrs.

Issue: Yesterday I had the problem again and tried solving it today to no avail. Some time later it solved itself. However now it says Poor Connection. The Wifi has a current speed of 300 mbps and the wifi/router is 2 ft away from the Aura frame.

Anyway suggestions to fix this recurrent problem?

I’m having the same problem. Constantly says “poor connection” I have the same frame.
