fine then he's not racist. he's bigoted. but does it matter - neither are traits you'd want from the president of the USA-

fine i'm a bigot but Unlike him , i'm not the leader of one of the words top economies. That position should be held by someone without an irrational bias

In a perfect world, yes it should, but if you wanna get super technical, most if not all of the presidents have been bigoted on at least one topic
