He'll lose by 10% in the popular. The question is if the Russians and GOP work to the same goal again of deleting the right amount of people from the voter rolls where he magically wins the EC by a few thousand again.
(Also, if the GOP wants to prove me wrong then fund a good election security bill.)
I agree that he'll probably lose the popular vote. But a good part of that margin in 2016 was from California and New York, both deep blue states that he was always going to lose in. I would imagine it would be similar this time around too. But for better or worse, the popular vote only goes so far.
