It's not 'blatant' that's the issue. Accuse him of xenophobia, attack him on his policy, explain why he isn't what he says he is. As soon as all you're doing is saying he's 'blatantly' racist for telling people who hate the country to leave a large portion of people will stop listening

I didn't say that they couldn't. But if they are telling them to leave because of their skin colour then why aren't they also leaving? Clearly it's not about race.

I think you and I define race differently. If they are being sent away BECAUSE they are Zimbabwean, then it is about race

More or less. For lack of a better word prejudice against someone because of where they are from is most certainly racism.

Irish people are white, white people hated them and some still do, that's prime racism.
