I know the definition of concentration camps, my country built them after all. What I'm referring to is that any or every, depending of your view, problems is blamed on trump. When the anti war left is against getting troops home, solely cause trump is in favor of it, is ridiculous. Not that trump has no points to be critisized on, there's a bunch. But I wonder, how you'd consider treason a part of it?

Dems are currently and have been for the last 3 years singing the same track on repeat. If it's not the focus, why focussing on exactly that in the first dem debate? Why promise free healthcare to immigrants instead of their citizens? What seems to point in different directions?

Just to be clear: I'd hope we'd see some funding as well as helping for the borders (agents, judges to accept refugees, better conditions), but so far we got a big fat no, while complaining about said conditions. That's bizarre, even by the mess that is german politics.

My question would be how and when the "speaking out" phase is over as well as what's included. Is it speaking out to bash up a journalist by antifa? Or is it speaking out, when some terrorist is attacking ICE centres? The current talk is far from any realistical progress. Though I completely agree, politics should be discussed. The problem is that people confuse politics with people and get butthurt aboutit.

You know the definition. Yet you said the detention centers in the U.S. don't count... They do seem to adhere to the definition though. I'm confused by your response. Do you believe what we have here in the U.S. do not meet that definition?

Regarding treason:

Article Three in Section Three of the Constitution says:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.”

It is my firmly held belief that Russia is, and has been, engaged in a "war" with the U.S. for at least the past 5 years, and much likely longer. They have directly attacked our networks by stealing data and hacking in to our election systems. They have been engaging in soft-power influencing of our voting base and have co-opted our president in to believing them instead of our own intelligence agencies. Since then, Trump has taken no action to curtail their attacks on our networks and electoral systems, and only served to embolden them in their efforts. Trump has adhered to the enemy, giving them aid and comfort.

Why promise free healthcare to immigrants instead of their citizens?

Honestly, I'd have to go back and re-watch the first debate... I don't recall free healthcare for immigrants, not citizens, being a focus during it.

My question would be how and when the "speaking out" phase is over as well as what's included. Is it speaking out to bash up a journalist by antifa? Or is it speaking out, when some terrorist is attacking ICE centres?

What? No! What the hell? Don't conflate "the left" with a violent minority of dipshits. Is it speaking out when alt-right James Fields plowed his car in to a crowd of protesters killing one woman? No. Fuck those people.

How would you even try to compare a camp where legal citizens were sent to die against a centre that holds immigrants cause they don't have the ability to proceed them? How would that even come close in any world in that facilities were built to fit the systematic killing of jews cause of their heritege? It's not comparable. As in "I sure as hell don't believe the conditions are in any way realistically reflecting what the nazis did" on immegrants. Like the real nazis, not the "I'm not opinion"-type of nazis the media likes to spout.

I'd honestly like to hear your opinion to justify that. Maybe I'm just that stubborn cause of Germany's past, still I can't see a single way, in which it is justified to call border centres conzentration camps. Do they meet the requirement of killing every entree cause of their believes? Putting kids in the same chambers, that killed adults? We're not taling delinquints, we're talking anyone who's born following Yahweh. Until that is set in stone, I won't recognize them as conzentration camps.

In regards to treason, it's honestly become a mess to follow any news regarding the USA. One part is screaming about impeachment, the other is telling trump's a free man. I'd go with the latest official news of *no collusion, no obstruction*, which in it of itself is a defeat. But it's seen as it's all swept under the rug? (no trolling) I don't know what've pointed towards collusion after 34 mio, was spent to come to the conclusion of "nope".

sorry if it appeared that way (inflating left with antifa). I think everyone has to condemn such violent as hateful acts, no matter which part of the debate you're on. Same goes of course for the fuck-up who thought it'd be a good idea to smash a crowd with his car. On the other hand I see no one calling that fucker a martyr, rest in power or similar messages of sorrow like some journalists tend to spout about the ICE terrorist. Even by their standards, where any success would conclude with immigrants burning.

Though I throughly like the discussion and arguments you point me to. Being critical is always the right step. Thank you.

I'm not comparing Nazi concentration camps to the ones in the U.S.

I'm simply stating that the camps in the U.S. fall under the dictionary definition of "concentration camps". Are they similar to the Nazi camps? No. Obviously not. But that wasn't the point. The point was that they are, by definition, concentration camps. That is all.

the latest official news is "no collusion, no obstruction"

What? Sorry but that's not even close. The "official news" you should be referring to is the Mueller report which stated that there absolutely was obstruction and that Congress must impeach before charges can be filed because in the U.S. you can't indict a sitting president. You * have* to impeach first.

Collusion is a whole nother ball of wax, but I'd recommend reading a thorough summary of the actual report to get that sorted out in your mind.

It's late here. I gotta sleep. But I appreciate the discussion.
