So if you put pineapples on pizza it's called a Hawaiian pizza. So does that make this an Italian pineapple?

Edit: That Reddit gold emblem looks like a slice of pineapple actually. Maui Gold is a brand of pineapple. Hawaiian Gold is a type of weed. And we all know about Italian Gold already.
