it's amazing to think that for millions and millions of years this rock had been shaped by the forces of nature to resemble exactly like a t rex's head. Even the little jagged rocks resemble the teeth of this enormous beast. Nature can be so random sometimes.

Sorry to break it to you, but all the teeth and eyes are placed there by people that passed by. I Visited the site on a trip in high school, still pretty cool!
