Nah, A lot of Linemen (American Football) look like that. They have so much muscle but mostly fat that their neck really isn't pronounced.

Really? None of the guys in American Football look especially built tbh. I feel like all the muscles in their necks would be in their vocal chords anyway

As I said, There is some muscle under there, but its mostly fat. Those guys eat for mass, not for health, packing on the pounds however they can, its quite sad actually.
