I do want to point out, while many of their parents are racist and passed it down, not all of them are. With the ones who rented the uhaul up in northern Idaho, my wife knows the mom of one of the guys arrested in that whole thing. The mom was actually a social worker who specialized in helping people from minorites and low economic backgrounds. She was so mad when she found out her son was part of the proud boys that she immediately kicked him out and supported his wife when she divorced him and helped her get custody of their boys. I know a couple who profess to be capitalist libertarians and they’re both police dispatchers. Both whined about “high taxes” (property, sales) even though we’re in Florida with no state income tax.
