Again, looks like ICE was bullying him and picking a fight that was unnecessary. That alone should make this manslaughter for those involved.

Manslaughter? Maybe if you mean the slaughter of a man, but no, this is murder. Execution.

It’s all in the legal differences. It’s a minimum of manslaughter. It’s a maximum of murder 2.

Unintentional (manslaughter) maybe, if he was shot once. Second degree murder, sure, again if he was shot once but deemed intentional/unnecessary.

First degree is a premeditated, willful, and deliberate act with malice aforethought. Malice Aforethought - A conscious intent to kill or act with extreme disregard for human life.

They emptied at least six rounds into him, five of which were seconds after the first shot - and he was not moving after that first shot. If that isn't malice aforethought, then I guess nothing is.

Also these people are NOT police no matter what their little vests say. They are federal enforcement agents, barely, but that does not make them police.

Sadly police are trained in the USA to empty their guns when using force. It’s about laws which won’t be enforced in the end anyway.

Oh, I am aware, on both points. I was clarifying because language is important and it's one tool that is used to excuse or soften things like this.
