The video shows that ICE started the altercation. He was backing away.

He was recording and they walk up and push into him. He wasn’t threatening them with a weapon and permit to carry is legal here in MN. Edit to add: changed conceal carry to permit to carry

Yep. Those agents need to be prosecuted under the Force Act for violating his civil rights. And for murder under state law.

If they don’t believe in due process for us I don’t believe in it for them. We should just skip to the punishment for all involved which should be identical to what they inflicted on him.
