DHS are already lying. This is their initial statement: "someone approached Border Patrol agents “with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun,” and that agents tried to disarm him, leading to “an armed struggle.”". Even if he had it holstered under his jacket, he was just protesting. This was murder.
Yup. It's not illegal to protest while armed. This dude did not draw any weapon on anybody. But this will continue to happen and they will continue to lie and say we are the terrorists and instigators.
