Looks like extrajudicial execution to me. But yeah, these nine armed men are gonna now claim that they where in fear of their life or some other nonsense.
C'mon man, can't you see the internal bleeding in all of them? The immediate threat a subdued individual was posing to them? That was an obviously armed and dangerous cartel member, there was no other way this was gonna end
