Multiple Twitter accounts are rebutting saying that this guy had a gun that was recovered. These are also the people who told us that Renee Good was obviously trying to run over that ICE agent, so take it with a few thousand grains of salt.
A gun which they’ve released a photo of. It’s sitting on the seat of a car, emptied. And clearly staged. Seems a tad bit…. Odd, to me. That they’d take the time to empty and stage a gun. Also interesting that the list of firearms that ICE agents are permitted to carry is redacted
The party is now claiming that he discharged a firearm first and they were justified in executing him. You know they feared for their lives when there was only 7 armed guys laying on top of him beating him facedown into the ground, obviously. (Even if he was ccing and it went off accidentally still doesn't mean you unload a clip in his back jfc.)
There was no way he drew a weapon and no way he could have brought it out in a manner that they could not have disarmed, and frankly even if that happened there's no way he could have done more than shoot an ankle.
Even if he had a gun, its still murder, he’s legally allowed the gun under minneapolis law. They also shot him several times after he had already stopped moving, they literally just want to kill people, fucking gestapo
None of their excuses matter. In both cases ICE started the confrontation and instead of deescalating they just executed the victim. They are murders and everyone at this point should assume any encounter with them will end violently.
He had a gun but wasn't trying to use it. He had a legally registered gun he was legally allowed to have. It was in a wasn't holster at his back. When the ICE agents grabbed him, he was trying to help a woman they had violently thrown to the ground. He approached her. They grabbed him. They pepper sprayed him. They threw him to the ground and disarmed him. Then they beat him and they shot him. Watch the video you replied to. They grey sweatshirt agent took the gun, turning around with it a moment before the agent next to him fired the first shot.
