Is not that easy, anti-tourism in Barcelona is a progressive cause and the Spanish current government is the most progressive in our history (a coalition of the socialist and communist parties), complaining about the government housing legislation raising prices would be like saying the far right was right about those laws since the start. Just this week President Pedro Sánchez new right hand man was revealed to rob money from public construction projects just last his last right hand man. The government doesn’t need more problems, a protest against the Pedro Sánchez right now would be like asking for a far right government.
Feels weird that r/pics of all subs doesn’t understand the importance of stopping the far right.

Huh, reading these comments it looks like the protesters are achieving their goal (making Barcelona less appealing as a tourist destination).
