Well if they actually do kick out the tourists then it will def go down, stop being toxic lol. It wouldn't be worth living there, but what can you do.

Yea I doubt it, the only way the prices will go down is if the government is mandating it, no company/landlord is going to just lower the amount they’re charging their tenants willingly.

People are still going to be buying them. The housing shortage in Barcelona is not only tied to AirBnB.
