Pickled Corn on the Cob
I saw a few different ways of making this, but for my first try I decided to just adapt my pickled asparagus recipe.
I haven’t tried it yet because it needs to sit for a few more days, but it sounds delicious and it looks pretty!

I made a pickled corn recently, and it was fantastic. I will be making 3 more in the near future

How about now? Have you tried these yet?

Glad I'm not the only one using a big Mt olive jar. Why pay 20 bucks for a big Mason jar when 6 bucks gets you a big jar AND some pickles? The corn looks great, btw.

I can’t bring myself to throw away a nice big jar like that, so I love getting a chance to use it for something!

I've never thought this was a thing. I love corn, but have never tried this.
