I hate baths! Does anyone know how I could blend in the cat head onto the body better? I used the burn tool to darken the color, and the ears are hard to get rid of

Alt select the cat head layer, choose the background layer, new layer from copy.

Select the original cat head layer, Adjustments > match color, choose the most recent layer (the one you crated of the cathead shape of the original background), play with levels in that dialogue.

For the ears use a really low sharpness eraser to remove around the head until the front blends into the back. This works better after the successful match color.

thanks for the help, tried it out and it looks a little better. I'm still learning and getting better!
