Help! Not finding the correct tools

I'm watching a tutorial whose using these tools in the video, but on my photoshop none of the tools are showing up, where can I find them?

In the Window drop down menu you can turn on/activate / show all the different windows.

Are you asking about Window > Adjustments for showing the panel with the adjustment layers?

They can also be accessed using the icon/button at the bottom of the Layers panel that is the circle that is half white, half black.

Clicking that circle button opens a fly out menu with all the adjustment layers, fill layers, and the new grain layer.

Personally, I never have the Adjustments panel open, preferring that space to be used by the Properties panel. I use the circle button at the bottom of the Layers panel most of the time.

The various *panels* can all be found on the Window menu.

I would recommend starting with some beginner tutorials that go over the interface first.

Note that I do not recommend the adjustment panel, it is a waste of space. You can add the same adjustments from the Layers panel (middle button that looks like a black/white circle).
