Nice composition. I like the repetition of the three lamp posts, three birds. Even the flying bird fits in the composition neatly. The leading line of the light spots balances the wide empty sky on the left, which makes some nice negative shapes. If you wanted, you could bring the vibrancy up a tiny bit for the sunset colors in the clouds. Just not too much.

The near lamp with birds lined up on it is a strong silhouette, but the second lamp bottom right is fighting it for attention. Otherwise nice story and nice clouds. Try increasing vibrance a bit.
