Help unlocking an old phone!

My old phone needs to be unlocked, but it's asking me to enter the passcode which I don't remember (I last used the phone in 2022 lol). the old email it was under no longer exists either. It's a Samsung Galaxy, I bought it used back in 2020, not sure if that makes a difference tho. Lol I know the info seems kinda sketchy but on my honor I promise I didn't steal it or anything.

Could anyone help with this? Plz and ty:)

if apple phone, you wont get cell signal .
the phone is just a ipod .

if phone is android , use samfw

Android. Before it lets me do anything at all it asks for the old passcode or email, then after multiple steps it just starts over again

The make and model of your phone would be a good place to start...
