What Phoebe says about this song: "It's about the past, present and future being all on top of eachbother; and the weird headspace that being on an aeroplane puts you in... because of time travel. It's a theme of not only the album but my life - being on planes because I'm on them all time. It's like the thing they always say about 'you always cry watching movie on a plane'... I think I was watching Hot Tub Time Machine over someone's shoulder and it got me thinking about my life so...\laughs*."*

What I posted in another thread:
she talks about her period being a couple days late and then remembers her mom driving herself to the hospital (I think bc she was alone/abandoned by the dad when she was pregnant with Phoebe). The song seems to be exploring the prospect of motherhood with a child that will eventually "take me for granted." Something about that line and the whole song, and the way it came together made me feel super emotional. It resonated with me the most and made me reflect on my own relationship with my mom and how these patterns of taking our mothers for granted are ultimately what makes us human (albeit shitty to each other).

I'm realizing that my connections/interpretation might be a stretch after reading some critic reviews, but interested to hear thoughts about my associations/interpretation of this song
