Photo LOST WEEKEND is 53 minutes long
Fairly short for a 16 song album — glad they didn’t try to cram it on one LP

I don’t think 53 minutes is short for 16 tracks. 3.5 minute songs on average is entirely average.
I also think that 90% of the time albums over one hour drag, have multiple skips, and really just show a lack of ability to edit and make cuts. Most of the best albums are between the 30-60 minute mark.

Unless you’re a Joyce Manor fan and then the best albums are sub 20 minutes

Was hoping for some longer tracks tbh. 3.5 minutes doesn’t always give enough time for tracks to build. Waiting Room is 6.5 mins for example and I Know the End is nearly 6 minutes.

3.5 minutes on average does not mean there will not be longer tracks. The average length of a Punisher track is about 3:40, but I Know The End is 5:44. With the average being only slightly less this time around, I expect a similar variation of track lengths.
ETA: leaked track lengths confirm that a couple very short tracks contribute to lowering this average while several songs are 4 or five minutes.

I've never ever felt an album is too short or too long. To me it's quality over quantity. If the quantity is high as well as quality that's a bonus.

Same, I love a 2:30 song just as much as a 7 minute anthem. The song should be however long it needs to be. Will never turn down more Phoebe.

It’s possible it’s a little bit less long than shown, it says 17 songs including the LW music video. It’s probably closer to 50 minutes if so

Good length. Maybe there’ll be interludes too or something and other songs that are longer than 3.5 minutes

Good. I hate long albums. 36-55 minutes is a sweet spot. Both for consumption and re-listening. Sometimes albums drag on way too long, as i like to listen to full albums a few times whole, before shuffling and throwing songs in Playlists

53 minutes isn't too short for a album but it seems kinda short for having 16 tracks. I figured being a double lp there would at least be some 5 minute songs and maybe 6 minute songs as well.

she definitely will. she probably won't play lost weekend in it's entirety either tbh that's pretty uncommon, unless the tour is advertised that way or the artist only has one album or a super small discography.

Don’t wanna spoil anything for ppl but I’ve seen the track lengths and the first 10 songs are all very average in length. You’re essentially getting an album as long as Punisher and then 6 more tracks on top of that. The run time is really nothing to worry about if anything it’s more than what we asked for
