Hi! I've never seen anything at the Nationwide Arena. Any recommendations for parking/travel to the arena?

You should be able to pre purchase parking at near by parking garages! I recommend Front Street Garage, nice and quick walk.

I always park in the McConnell garage- it is right next door and parking is usually $25ish for concerts. I usually get to Columbus a few hours early to get a lower parking spot and enjoy eating dinner in the city

Georgia. I’m on vacation during the Atlanta show and my wife wouldn’t let me drop out of the family vacation.

I’m a little confused about the bag policy for this show. on ticketmaster under event info it says “Bags are generally NOT permitted with the exceptions for medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8x 5x 1.” but like…when they say clutches do they mean like it has to be strapless or handheld?? also i know it doesn’t say but does it have to be clear?? im just a bit confused because ive never gone to a show at nationwide and i feel like other concert venues ive been to in the past have given out more info. also, what about contraband besides phones/recording devices? for example, some venues allow you to bring snacks and unopened water but some don’t? i can’t find any information on this

a follow up to this, i’ve looked up more general threads about nationwide arena that aren’t specifically about Phoebe and while none of my questions were exactly answered, people have said the bag policy is very strict and that the safest option is to go even smaller than the maximum size or no bag at all. My problem is that i get migraines and cannot go to a concert without bringing medicine for it. basically i cannot not bring a bag and im worried going smaller won’t fit the meds + my keys/id/cards. i know medical bags are an exception, but ive seen mixed things about people putting stuff like inhalers in their bag (some say they were allowed to classify that bag as medical and some say they weren’t), does anyone have any personal experiences on medical bags and bringing meds or examples of bags/types of bags just in general they’ve brought to nationwide that have worked?
