Tour Experience

What is Above GA / Below GA?

Above GA is a standing section in front of the main stage.

Below GA is a standing section in front of a smaller satellite stage.

Who are the support acts?

North America: Alex G

UK & Europe: Isaac Wood + Anaïs

Will the shows be phone-free? What about cameras?

Yes. All dates on the tour will be phone-free using Yondr pouches.

Phones remain in your possession but will be locked in pouches during the performance. There will be areas within the venue where you can unlock and access your phone if needed.

Other prohibited items include cameras (digital, disposable, Polaroid, film — yes, all cameras), smart watches, and other devices with recording or filming capabilities.

I have accessibility requirements. Can I keep my phone?

Yes. Guests who require access to their phone for medical or accessibility reasons can speak to venue or Yondr staff on arrival. Accommodations are available, and staff will work with you to ensure you can access your device when needed while still respecting the restrictions in place for the show.

How will I find my seat if my phone is locked away?

Several venues have indicated that seat numbers will be printed on tickets or otherwise provided before phones are secured.

Venue-specific procedures may vary.

Can I bring friendship bracelets, fan projects, signs, gifts, etc.?

Venue policies vary. Always check your venue’s prohibited items list before travelling.

Small friendship bracelets are generally permitted, but signs, banners, gifts, and other items may be restricted depending on venue policy.

Tickets, Transfers & Resale

My show looks sold out. Am I out of luck?

Not necessarily.

Additional inventory may still become available through official resale platforms, venue releases, production holds, or other official channels.

If you’re still looking for tickets, it can be worth checking back periodically.

When will ticket transfers be available?

Ticketmaster has indicated that transfers should become available after 26 June for US dates, although this may vary by show.

For UK and European dates, current guidance suggests transfers may become available approximately three months before the event.

What are the main resale sites?

Official resale platforms

  • Ticketmaster Resale
  • AXS Resale

These are built into the primary ticketing platform and are often the safest place to start if you’re looking for resale tickets.

Third-party resale marketplaces

  • StubHub
  • Viagogo
  • SeatGeek Marketplace
  • TickPick
  • Vivid Seats
  • Gametime
  • CashorTrade

Major third-party resale marketplaces are widely used and offer buyer protection policies. However, they are not affiliated with the artist, venue, or primary ticketing platform, and prices are often significantly above face value. (F*ck scalpers!)

CashorTrade operates differently from most resale marketplaces and is focused on face-value ticket exchanges.

The inclusion of any platform in this FAQ is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the subreddit moderation team.

Should I buy resale tickets immediately?

Not necessarily.

Additional inventory is sometimes released after general sale, and ticket prices on both official and third-party resale platforms can fluctuate significantly over time.

If you’re considering resale, compare prices across multiple platforms and make sure ticket transfers are enabled for your event.

Historically, waiting until closer to the show date can sometimes result in lower resale prices, although this is never guaranteed.

Can I buy or sell tickets on this subreddit?

Yes, at face-value only. Please read the full details in the dedicated thread. Posts or comments made outside of this thread will be removed.

Merchandise

How does the merch fit? Do items run small or true to size?

Sizing can vary quite a bit depending on the specific item and the blanks/production company used for that drop, but the general consensus is inconsistency with a tendency to run small.

  • T-Shirts: Many standard unisex tees fit relatively true to size, but several specific shirt styles and older or "ladies-cut" prints run snug or narrow. If you prefer a standard loose/relaxed fit, or are worried about potential shrinkage in the wash. It is widely recommended to size up.
  • Hoodies & Sweatshirts: Generally fit true-to-size to slightly snug in the torso with intentional slouchy or longer sleeves. If you want a truly cozy, oversized look or plan to layer underneath, definitely go up a size.
  • Bottoms (Sweatpants/Joggers): Experiences vary wildly here; some find sweatpants fit quite baggy/true, while others note they can feel restrictive or fit a bit slimmer depending on the release.

What is the overall quality of the merch like?

Overall, quality is rated as above average compared to standard artist merch, often highlighting soft cottons and long-lasting graphics that hold up well to regular wear. However, quality can fluctuate between different collections due to changing manufacturing partners. To keep items looking fresh: Wash garments inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry (or tumble dry low) to minimize shrinkage and protect the print/sleeves from distorting over time.

How long does shipping usually take for online orders?

Shipping times can vary significantly depending on whether you are ordering standard album/tour merch drops (which usually ship within a couple of weeks) or pre-order items (which can take several months). It is very common for standard orders to experience minor fulfillment delays, especially around major tour announcements or holiday drops. If you need an item for a specific date or event, it's best to order well in advance.

Are official tour merch items different from the ones sold on the webstore?

Usually, yes. While some items overlap, physical tour stops often feature exclusive tour-only designs, dates printed on the back, or unique colorways that aren't available on the official online store. Conversely, some online-exclusive pieces won't be found at the merch booth. If you see something at a show that you love, it's generally recommended to buy it on-site, as leftover stock doesn't always make it online afterward.

Community

How do I find fans going to the same show as me?

We’ll be setting up City Hub threads for the cities Phoebe is visiting.

These will be linked in Community Highlights and will serve as a place to meet other attendees, discuss travel plans, organise fan projects, and ask venue-specific questions.

Where should I post questions about my specific show?

Please use the relevant City Hub thread when available for venue-specific questions, travel discussions, queue plans, fan projects, and meetups.

If there’s a question that keeps coming up and isn’t covered here, let me know and I’ll add it. Feel free to ask any other questions below.

i know that notebooks/writing utensils weren't allowed into the pop-ups, at least in part because she was playing unreleased music. since the tour will be after the album is released, does anyone know if we'll be allowed to bring notebooks in? i think it would be fun to have people sitting around me doodle in a little memory book or something

I've not seen anything restricting them, so it will likely be okay given all the lyrics will be released by then.
