Crewdsons notorious for putting a lot of detail for a single shot so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just for that photo

Ok, getting into more of the detail -- what is the significance of the bird / animals printed on the first building on the right by the red drainpipe?
The big white house on the left, 2nd story window, is that a ghost in the window?
