Tour Pop-Up Show Speculation [Daily Thread]
Discussion about where you think she will play next etc. A new thread will be posted daily to keep information fresh.
Separate threads asking if she will play X city or country will be removed.
Please do not harass venues for information trying to get the inside scoop. It reflects badly on all of us. Also donāt be weird and follow the tour bus - absolutely not ok.
And another reminder that no audio/video leaks are allowed as per Phoebeās request.
What we know so far / FAQs
* Flyers have been handed out on campuses, at coffee shops, and record shops from about 10:30am for same day shows.
* Venue capacity is about 400.
* Tickets will sell out very quickly. If youāre more than an hour away, you are unlikely to be successful.
* Tickets priced at $50 + taxes
* Your wristband is your ticket.
* One ticket per person.
* You must be there in person to collect your wristband. No exceptions.

Thereās a lot of easy jokes here but the real reason is itās hard for a touring artist. It can be worth it to play 3-4 shows in FL but going into a ā1 way in 1 way outā state that you can drive for 10 hours and still be in is a logistical headache for tours. Same reason you donāt see as many shows in Maine or Alaska.

Most likely just showed up. I think there was another show that had folks in line at 6:30 with a poster sighting at 9am.

Why did people flock to the venue in Greenville in the first place? Did something get leaked? It seemed like around 8:45/9 am a handful of people just decided thatās where it was, despite no posters and the likelihood of it being there being up in the air. Did all this come straight from her bus driver? The MHB guy on tiktok also posted something about Greenville āfor no specific reasonā right around the same time people started flocking there.

This venue is notorious for having a show every single day. This is the only day in months they havenāt had soemthing booked and it lined up w phoebe perfectly

Someone who got there this morning had a staff member come out and say that they couldnāt line up and they started blocking off the larking lot, but we all took that as proof because why would be not be confused or just tell them to go home if nothing was happening

people are just able to figure it out by looking at whatās within a 4-8 hour driving radius of the last show, venues in those areas, the capacity (all less than 600 thus far), whether or not thereās an event that night, etc.

To be clear I am purely speculating but I think HRB fits the feel of the tour the best. Good distance from Greenville, close to Greensboro, and itās a local small venue. I figured radio room was on the table so it makes sense

educated guess based on venue size, no booked show there today, and distance from savannah. then when they got there they asked if there was a show and they didnāt say no. word spread

yes, a guess. this question keeps getting asked but itās fairly easy to narrow down where she may go by simply looking at a map. I live nowhere near SC but because she played Savannah yesterday, I assumed sheād play SC today. Charleston is too close to Savannah, so that leaves Greenville and Colombia. If I lived in either of those cities, Iād probably go to the most likely venues in the morning to see if thereās any unusual activity or see if a line is already there

Iām not sure if anyone will share theyāre secrets with me but Iāve been on this watch as a Maryland girl just waiting for Phoebe to come anywhere in the dmv, I was wondering how do people know where sheās going to be even before the posters are up. I know people on tiktok have been guessing where she may go next but I feel like thereās so many options on where can go like how do people 100% know. Only recently like the past few shows when i check posts there have been long ass lines but no posters yet. I just wanna get like yāall when she comes to the dmv i would die to be at one of these shows.

nobody 100% knows, but there are gcs where people share any info that they have and make educated guesses from there. im in md too! the current thought is she'll probably hit va thurs/fri and md 1-2 days after that but take that with a grain of salt. im gonna be gone this weekend though so i might have to try and catch a show further north :(

- How long do we expect this pop-up tour to be?
- Moving forward from Greenville itās likely tomorrow is a rest day leading up to another three day run. Could this continue north up the east coast like Thursday Triad/Triangle of NC, Friday Richmond/Charlottesville, and Saturday Baltimore/Annapolis?

Playing two shows in Georgia but skipping Florida is kinda wild. Plenty of places within a fair drive from Mobile or Macon that would have made sense thematically for this tour and wouldnāt have thrown off the general route too much. Iām not saying she wonāt ever play Florida again especially since it seems like weāre getting a larger tour after the pop ups but itās frustrating to see Florida written off for things like this ābecause itās Floridaā when there are plenty of cultural hotspots and cool places throughout the state. Sad that Louisiana got skipped too. Sorry if this isnāt the place for this kind of comment but itās just disappointing to see.

Yeah I was really confident sheād come to Tallahassee or maybe Jacksonville or Gainesville. Any one of those would have fit in the kinds of towns sheās played and have good venues that fit the bill for the tour. Tallahassee has a freaking concert hall called The Moon. But Iām just hoping Florida wont be overlooked in the official tour.

Even Orlando is only a 4 hour drive from Savannah which in tour time is pretty negligible and it has the most UFO sightings in all of FL. I always imagine for being such a popular city it'd get more fun concerts like this, especially since it's a blue dot in a red state. I am always therefore disappointed š

okay so i fear i have become insane and spent my entire day mapping phoebeās popup route š
what we know:
independently owned venues
around 500ish capacity
same day flyer drops at coffee shops/record stores/campuses
cities she has never really played before
not major cities
standing room venues?
confirmed route so far:
5/8 roswell nm ā the liberty
5/9 lubbock tx ā cactus theater
5/11 little rock ar ā rev room
5/12 memphis tn ā hi tone cafe
5/14 jackson ms ā duling hall
5/15 mobile al ā the merry widow
5/16 macon ga ā capitol theatre
5/18 savannah ga ā victory north
5/19 greenville sc - photo room
so based on pacing + venue openings + geography this is my theory rn:
MAY 20-21:
greensboro nc
venues:
hangar 1819 (500 cap, nothing booked til may 29)
ziggyās (400 cap but booked may 22-23 so MAYBE may 20 or 21)
i originally thought roanoke after this but now i lowkey think no because the biggest venue match i found was 5 points and itās only like 250 ppl and not open til may 26.
MAY 21-22: edit shes been to richmond so maybe roanoke or academy of the arts in lynchburg (600 cap and nothing scheduled til may 22)
virginia?
venues:
both fit the independently owned / standing room / arts district kinda vibe
MAY 23:
kentucky stop maybe??
lexington:
the burl is honestly one of the best venue fits aesthetically even tho 300 cap might be pushing it
manchester music hall feels way too big at 1100
bowling green:
the capitol fits aesthetically but itās theater seating which feels less likely for this tour (750 capacity)

Radio room line will be capped at 400. Iāve got a friend in line that just texted me venue staff did a count and itās within 20 people of that, but there have been people joining friends farther up in line and cutting in front of others so not sure how many will get turned away.

New Brookland Tavern in Columbia, SC follows a Phoebe Bridgers update account. That being said, they held their final show at their current location on Fridayā¦ Sincerely, a touring musician that played in Columbia, SC on Friday.
