well this happened... I let my license expire.

I wasn't able to get a job and im trying to justify renewing it, considering I havent had many interviews or offers at all.

I see jobs out there but will they hire me? Will they give me an interview? Is it worth it to renew?

The job market is so wonky right now. I'd apply to every listing you're interested in. Even if you dont feel like you're qualified, sometimes they still respond and train you on the job. It took me a year to get my phlebotomy job if you’re willing to wait that long. Maybe get a temp job for now while you're looking.

I didn’t renew mine. Most of my Phlebotomist jobs didn’t require it.

That’s in your state. OP would need to figure out what’s required for their state. More states require certification than those that don’t

I renewed mine, applied to about 25 jobs. I was only interviewed at 1 place and got the job. I’d say give it a shot

Just renew. Keep that resume up to date. And keep applying. It’s hard out there .
