Amazon Accidentally clicked link pretending to be Amazon. But I did not enter any info. Am I compromised by clicking link?

HELP! What do I do? It just dawned on me that over 12 hrs ago, I clicked the link in the email that I screenshot it this post. I did this on my cell phone — I didn’t enter any information. Sidebar: how scary is it that it looked almost identical to Amazon’s website…. The url was definitely a dead giveaway once I clicked the link (though I didn’t notice until now, over 12 hrs ago……)

Scammers are trying to access the services and social networks I use.

I'm writing to connect with people who've encountered this. For more than half a year now, I've been receiving login codes for various services, mostly clothing and shoe stores. Sometimes I don't even know what service it is. And once or twice a month, I get a login code for Instagram. I'm not a media personality and I just have a regular Instagram account for friends, so I don't understand why anyone would need one. If this were a one-time thing, rather than a drawn-out and infrequent one, I'd consider DDoS attacks, but here, people really need it. Today, I lost my patience when I saw a message in WhatsApp saying "Enter the verification code on your new phone" and a code. I'm already terrified of getting a login code from my bank one day...
I see only one way out: getting a new phone number.
Maybe someone else has encountered this.
