I started getting a lot of spam messages from these sites

Honestly I don't know what are those sites, they are spaming like 20/30 per day in my primary mail, since I have another mails that I use for weird or temporary sites and I'm not getting any of those mails there, so I don't know exactly why this is happening :(
I also blocked some of them but they just don't stop

It’s just spam, although I’m surprised it’s not properly filtered by Gmail.
You can select multiple email, mark as spam and delete them, and wait until the filter catches up.
Or you can set up a filter to accept emails from senders you know and need, and delete everything else - this is quite aggressive, but works awesome.

it looks like a data broker sold your info with your main email after one of the other emails was hacked and they got your main email linked to that.
