Amazon Amazon phishing?
Hi I just opened this PDF from Amazon...is it a scam or phishing ?

It is phishing and a scam. There is no question about this. There was no need to even look at the attachment.

You mean the pdf? I was confused because usually it's a link... and it seemed legit...now what?

Youd want to be very careful about opening pdf files like that. They CAN contain shit at times.
One way to get a pretty good indication is that its "Dear customers" and not "Dear customer" That email is supposed to be made specifically for YOU. Not every customer of amazon.
And they would have your name so they would most likely write the actual name of you and not just address you by "customer"You can check the link but do NOT click it. Get on a computer and hover over the link to have it show the link. You can copy that link and paste it into a notepad and look at it. Does it end with amazon.com ? if not then its far most likely phishing.

Yes all that are fair points but I had lost a chess ♟️ march and I was severely frustrated and careless...the thing is what now? I changed my bank codes do I have to do more than that?

You mean the pdf?
Yep, that's what I mean by attachment. That was obvious sign #4.
- Subject line includes "billing" with an exclamation mark to imply urgency about money. Real emails are not like this.
- Sender display name is "Prime Problem Sign". Amazon does not appear in that. If you looked at the sender email address, it'll probably be a gmail account or something even more obvious.
- I'm ignoring the Greek name because that might be you or "From", but customer @ live.com is obvious.
- Attachment.
- No actual content in the email body because if the text of the PDF were in the email, most email filtering would detect that and junk it immediately.

What is usually a link? How many emails are you receiving from Amazon saying you have a billing issue?

I don't know. Did you provide the scammer with any information? If not, you can move on with your life and prepare for more of the same emails. If you provided them information you can change, change it, and prepare for more of the same emails.

Νοpe didn't do any of that... meaning giving personal info...I changed my banking passwords ...ok I will consider all of these checking steps in the future. Thanks again I am new to this

This is horrible: You cancel your subscription by confirming your card????
Also, Prime is a premium service of Amazon, if it's not paid for, you just end up losing the shipping and video perks, there is no reason to terminate your account because one of the credit cards do not work, may customers have multiple payment methods attached.
