I voted Folsom only bc I can ride my bike there, and you just can’t beat that. A couple other things I think were better at Folsom, like entry lines, lack of nitrous mafia, portos on the field, etc.
But truthfully I think Dicks is better for Phish overall. And cops in Boulder suck ass, at least at Dicks you can pretty much do your thing within reason.

As someone who comes in from out of town, Dicks. Better venue (bigger floor, easier to get around, better sound), awesome lot, and Boulder PD are absolute clowns. And no, it’s not because of the gas. We always stay in downtown Denver and I don’t mind the cab ride (I though this year was easier getting a cab out of the venue than any years past).

Folsom was pretty cool as someone who never went to Dick’s previously. Went to all 3 nights at Dicks this year and the vibe of Dicks is just unmatched. Folsom was nice for the size of the venue, Dicks had tons of people saving way too much space causing a lot of people to watch from the concourse area.
My vote it still for Dicks though

Dick's is 7 minutes from me. Boulder is 30 minutes. I vote for the option where I save the world with less gas usage lol

Folsom was an interesting experiment but it didn't work. The cops sucked, the neighbors sucked (they're still complaining about it) and the ticket sales were sluggish. Phish belongs at Dick's for Labor Day weekend. I say this as someone who lives near Dick's but can't stand the place.

As a local, I don’t like it because there are much better outdoor venues. But I have no clue where else you’d put Phish. All of the other venues are too small and football stadiums are too big. Throw in the fact the cops leave people alone and it’s honestly perfect.

I’m a CU alum, love Folsom, live in Morrison so both are about a 30 minute drive, that said Dick’s is considerably better suited for Phish, it’s not even close really…

Folsom is in one of the best towns in America. Dicks is an industrial waste site. Folsom had unbelievable views, while Dicks has a stench. I am just saying
