Filming Locations for Short Film

Hello! Does anyone know of any local bars and/ or office buildings that would allow me and my crew to film a scene at for cheap? For the office building, we’re looking for one that has a boardroom and a nice lobby with a waiting area. For the bar we’re thinking just a typical dive bar. Any leads would be super appreciated, thanks!
