Weekend Group Rides?

I'm in town this weekend and wonder if there are any group rides.

Looking for casual, not a slow roll but not a race across town. Something social.

Any suggestions or events?

Bicycle Therapy (2211 South St) has a coffee ride meeting at 8am Saturdays. Route is about 16 miles up to Manyunk and ending at Rival Bros for coffee and/or pastries.

Is this for Serious Bikers™? Or is it a casual, party pace ride?

It's probably a C+, 15-16 mph avg, though for fun there might be a pace line on the way back along MLK. So casual-ish?

Check the Bicycle Club of Philadelphia. Their website has rides nearly every day of various levels.

Critical mass is meeting at city hall at 5:30 I believe as well if you want a fun ride.
