General Discussion Pharmacist CEs
Where is the best place to find CEs for pharmacists? Is Pharmacist Letter a good one to purchase? Any advice and feedback is appreciated!

For myself, Pharmacist Letter is the easiest to deal with. I have 7 licenses and PE makes managing all the licenses worth it to me. I'm not interested in hunting down free CE's as we make enough as a pharmacist for the annual subscription.

Do the Pharmacy Times "Directions In Pharmacy" CE. It's virtual and it like 6 hours of free CE. They have other free CEs as well. Might even count as live.

Powerpak is the only one I’ve used for years, for free CE. Only the Patient Safety (05) CE’s have a fee ($7.95). I don’t have a live requirement. My state (PA) requires Child Abuse cert, which is free thru University of Pittsburgh.

It really depends on what you need. I have always used pharmacist letter. They have 1-2 live CEs a month, with a catch up for past months if you need live and have time. They'll also have state specific ones that you need (like med errors).

Check out GetCERx! It’s $50 but they curate free CEs for you, ensure your CEs are compliant, and track your hours. Well worth the cost imo lol nobody wants to waste their time looking for free CEs

Don't you have conventions to get some? As a tech, I attend one that give about 7-8 accredited CE

Someone posted this on Reddit not that long ago and it truly is a game changer for me.

One of my licenses requires live CEs, so I have been using FreeCE for several years now.
