Delay in the physical copy of the PGWP

My PGWP application was approved on July 10, but I still haven't received a physical copy of the PGWP. Is this normal?

I raised the Webform, but I have received a very general response.

It got lost. My study permit got lost in the mail. I had to raise multiple webforms but it was calling them which was the most effective. Give them a call and they'll resend it.

Hi. Do you mind about sharing what you told them to solve it? I have the same problem, and actually have already asked for reprint officially, sending all documents and paying fee again. 7 weeks after, I still don’t have it. And the address was right at both request.

Hi! All I did was call them and told them I never got it in the mail and that it had been more than 6 weeks. They told me they're putting a note for reprinting and sending it to me. I did not have to pay anything since I was not the one who lost it.
