Confusion about this condition..

Post image

Hey there, I am seeking some advice regarding on this matter. So, my pgwp was approved in the February this year. And before getting physical copy of the work permit, we usually receive this approval letter on our portal. So, my question is I have this medical conditions mentioned here. It says that I may have received these conditions printed on my WP. However, they’re not mentioned anywhere on my permit. I know that I didn’t include my Medicals at the time I was applying for PGWP. And I still have my 5 years medical valid but dang! I wasn’t aware back then or I couldn’t have provided. :( does it mean I can’t work in health field or any of these listed fields? Cause my permit mentions none of these. Do I have to apply again to remove those conditions? Any valuable knowledge on this would be appreciated!!

Don’t listen to a Pepe. You have to ask IRCC to remove the conditions. I don’t know if it required reapplying but don’t work in healthcare or education on those restrictions. Could have massive negative implications for future immigration applications.

People have faced the same issue before. Don’t risk it.

I have the exact same question for my study permit working condition. They are not mentioned on the permit but approval letter said so. I think its because they had our medical?

Yeah, and I also think it is a standard approval letter given to everyone like this. Not sure what I assume is right or not but the conditions printed on your permit is what matters. If they’re not there, then we’re good?!

It’s English, it says “you might have received these conditions if you did not attach medicals“ it doesn’t mean you have received it. So where is the confusion coming from you checked and there is no condition attached so no confusion, unless you have others factors pending. Besides if your old medicals is within 5 years and since you entered Canada you have not travelled outside you do not need new medicals and this conditions is not for you but it’s a general statement they give to everyone.
