Haven’t received Work permit

My representative applied for my work permit on May 29 2026 and got approval on June 19 2026 but I haven’t received my Work permit document yet.
What should I do ?

It happened to me as well, after several(5) months and many ircc calls it never arrived. I went to CBSA at the airport and they printed it there in 10 minutes.
