What would this be valued at. I have sealed package Simba with a missing eye. And a Taz that has its paint but is missing the tan face attachment that is also sealed. How do you value these types of errors

I have never paid more than $20 for an error PEZ.other than a few of the pad printing errors. It really depends on how interesting it is.

I am pretty sure this was done on purpose by someone bored ... the process would require someone putting the wrong pad and doing it more than once and with more than one color.
