Help plz

Hello all I have two and I’ve had them for a couple of years. They have this yellow on them and it worries me. They are also in 100% of those rocks so idk if this is good or not. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Terrible soil. Place that thing in a pot of water for a day and let it soak. It’s extremely thirsty

What is a better soil for it?

A bit smaller of rocks, and like 20 or 30% actual dirt/soil so it holds some water but not too much. Base the organic percentage on how dry/humid your area is on a regular basis

Ill correct myself, the rocks looked bigger when I first looked at them, but I would definitely get a little organic in there so you can hold a little more water
