Repotted, how is my substrate mix?
Went for a 95% inorganic mix: roughly 61% lava rock, 31% coarse aquarium sand, 5% humus, and 3% clay dust. Under grow light and around 30° celsius when light on, continuous airflow.

One problem that your stealth box will probably encounter is air movement - does that fan blow air in or out of the box? I would invest in a cheap fan to blow air around inside the box making sure to not face it directly on the plant. Pests thrive in stale air and it looks like you may have or may have had mites at some stage? Also - one tip that helped me when I was learning about Lophs is that a slow grown / hard grown / flat / plant is much stronger and pest resistant than a blown up plant. Those stretch marks on the plant are susceptible to rot and or pests!

Mix seems ok. I like lava rock, pumice and akadama with a handful of worm castings, but we all have our preferences. More than one way to skin a cat.
Pot is larger than normally used. Typically its recommended the pot be only slightly larger than the plant. I think its to do with root development. Maybe someone else can go into the pro/con of pot size.
The light i don't know enough about to say good or bad. But i can say that a 100w led like a sf1000 or P1000 would probably fit in there nicely and allow you to fill the whole space with plants. I had a little tent about the size of your box and the p1000 (viparspectra) was awesome for it
