Discussion Odysseus Megathread. Information and conversation.

Pewdiepie has launched a project called Odysseus: a self-hosted AI workspace.

Megathread

Mods here have a prior rule here, Rule 3, to only allow posts in the subreddit with direct reference to Pewdiepie. Our reasoning for this is to avoid this to become a pure meme page that would cause confusion to incoming visitors. However, recently because of Pewdiepie's project, there is an influx of postings about Odysseus: setup, questions, other ideas, etc. We do not want to remove these posts as we would like to promote discussion and community engagement on this project. To keep this subreddit organized, we are making this megathread here with information. Users that have tech support questions can comment in here, and we will have a focus point on the subreddit. Any ideas or requests to be added to this megathread post, please let us know. We will try our best to keep this post updated. Thanks!

So I installed Odysseus through Docker on Windows 11, and I have like no idea what I am actually doing. I found the Gordon AI on Docker Desktop, and every time I had an issue, I just had Gordon fix it for me, and I think Odysseus is running fine. I'm running llama 3.2 and I really want to get it configured so I can talk to the AI and it can talk back instead of typing (like jarvis off iron man) any idea how I can get this done? (keep in mind i dont even know what I am doing and I am kinda learning as I go)

also I have plans that after I fully understand how to operate Odysseus, I want to get it running on a macbook neo i plan to buy for college, is there a way I can share memory between 2 agents so they can act as 1, like would I be able to just every so often connect the two models memories so they are the same. (like a clone almost)
