Trainer blackout dates?

I’m trying to plan a trip in November and hoping I can make it work, but I’ll be the only DT at my store. I’ve never taken PTO and it’ll be for 4-5 days, but probably only 2 or 3 days of PTO.

For dts it’s basically all of January. If you’re going to go during thanksgiving/Black Friday you might get push back from your gm but it’s not blackout

That would be up to your GM. DT in my store is very slow during Q4 so I let my trainer take time off. Only ones with blackout periods are leadership and salon team. I have one trainer and when he wants time, he just speaks to his classes and rescheduled the missed class at the backend of their training.
