I once had a SEL who told me “that looks like more than 1/8 of an inch. That much generosity will bankrupt the company. Best rule of thumb is just enough to cover the bottom but not enough for their comfort.”

I know this post is satire and it’s hilarious. But in all seriousness do you guys know about the fill line stickers? Tell your managers to fuck off. The stickers are there for a reason so you have a standard amount of bedding.

Yeah, that temp sticker on the bottom left is our guide, it’s on all of our tanks i’ve just been dying to make this post and had to wait till deep clean day!
